Edward P. Capozzi is a member of the American Bar Association; New Jersey Bar Association; American Association for Justice (AAJ); Bergen County Bar Association; Board of Governors of NJAJ (New Jersey Association for Justice-formerly ATLA-American Trial Lawyers Association). He is co-chair of the NJAJ Automobile Litigation Committee. He has received five, six and seven figure verdicts in Bergen, Hudson, Morris, Passaic, Middlesex and Union counties.

Edward regularly lectures on verbal threshold (limitation on lawsuit) cases and how to receive large verdicts for soft tissue injuries, including neck, back, knee and shoulder injuries. He has successfully argued before the Supreme Court of New Jersey.
