Jan K. Seigel
Jan K. Seigel earned his undergraduate and law degrees from Georgetown and a Master of Laws from New York University. After a judicial clerkship for the Passaic County Civil Assignment Judge and four years as an Assistant Passaic County Prosecutor, he founded the firm in 1976. Mr. Seigel has tried over 150 jury cases and has won a landmark case in the NJ Supreme Court. Mr. Seigel was chosen "Young Lawyer of the Year" by the NJ State Bar Association, inducted into the NJ Police Honor Legion for his representation of police officers, and selected for Who's Who in American Law since 1992. He and his wife Judy have four children and six grandchildren.

- Prosecuted three murder cases while Passaic County Prosecutor including 1st Degree Murder Conviction.
- In representing an attorney in disbarment action, successfully argued before the New Jersey Supreme Court, which carved out an exception to automatic disbarment for misappropriation of trust funds.
