Joseph Albano
Joseph Albano received his B.S. degree in Public Service: Administration of Criminal Justice from the University of Massachusetts Lowell in 1984 and a law degree from Quinnipiac University School of Law in 1987. Mr. Albano served as a law clerk for the Honorable Ralph V. Martin, J.S.C., Passaic County Superior Court, Paterson, New Jersey. Mr. Albano has over 16 years of experience in personal injury litigation on behalf of plaintiffs and as defense counsel for various insurance companies including State Farm, Clarendon National Insurance Company, High Point Insurance Company and Palisades Safety Insurance Company. He completed the Justice Robert L. Clifford American Inn of Court Program in 1997 and served in a Pro Bono capacity as a member of the New Jersey Supreme Court's District Fee Arbitration Committee from 1996 - 2000. Mr. Albano has served as both Mayor and as a Councilman for the Township of Wayne as well as serving as a member to the Township of Wayne Planning Board.
